    Working with my team which is team 2 was  a great experience  we was able to connect with each other  we distribute or contact information we created a group chat.from there we was able to move a bit faster.working as a team can be very challenging  but lucky we made it easy.we worked well together each decision we made was very anonymous although  we places ourselves individually when it came to completing our separate part of the presentation. as a team member I believe  that we connected very well on an interpersonal level as all eleven of us was able to make great decisions together. we did not give each other no chance to get upset with each other  Becouse it would create a major conflict. there was an equal amount of work that we all did our contribution was very fair no one was behind.my team members was great at keeping each other informed. everyone in our group got everything on time we did not have to nag anyone to complete work or wait or wait on a person to complete their part. one of ou r team member name Jessica was able to come up with a theme, theme,decorations we all agreed with the great theme she's also organize our project she was basically the  tech of the presentation. everyone knew what each member was writing about to avoid confusions

    The first group had presented about chapter 3 it was basically about intercultural and comunication. I felt that the group had did an amazing job.i know being the first in the line can be very frustrating .but they overcome and did a great job by presenting on demonstration and explaining to the whole class, I was able to learn about intercultural communication which refers to communication between people from two different cultures an example of you are at a restaurant  the waiters  assess their customers requirements taste and provide services accordingly.the customer inform the waitress of theirs needs.i was able to learn the three intercultural of communication which is knowledge, skills and communications, there are two types of intercultural communication; verbal communication and non verbal communication, verbal communication consists of words used to communicate message while non-verbal communication is gestures that give out message.the way of creating a successful  intercultural is by practice active listening and observing ,repeat and confirm was was being said, speak slowly and clearly.presenting in from of a large group specially being first can be very scary but group 1 nailed it.

  My group came in second, we was assign  to chapter 9 in this chapter I learned about healthy group development, that healthy groups are cohesive and accountable the.the chapter talks about different stage related to group development and related group conflict culture and conflict.i believed that be did a very great job..although I was a bit confusing at first but we was able to resolve through communicating with each other.misunderstanding can accuse  but by working as a team can improve  everything I'm glad that we over come this project.our group leader did a great job by communicating with us and checking in with us.to make sure that we all was in the same page .working with these individuals was very successful and I'm hoping to work with them in the future again.i enjoy how this presentation made such a different  in how everyone collaborate well to but something small together to make it big.f rom this experience I gain responsibility and commitment .groups allow us to viewpoints and knowledge levels to learn from each other, groups  create space for people to have fun  with what their doing and helping each other solve problems .people within society must work together .forming groups to work together  can be great it is a way go gathering society together.team work and group is a great work to gather people together .that is how everyone can corporate  with each other 

  Group 3 presented chapter 10 Woow!! I love their topic basically was discussing about  leadership and problem solving.leaders have the ability to analyze  to deal with conflicts where the problems  is little or big.members allows leaders to better understand members actions and increase their corporation .effective leaders facilitate  great communication among the group good communication lead tp better ideas and less problems. leaders should have many skills in communication to listen effectively ,working with others, and helping others work together in groups leaders must have integrity and must be honest great leader thrive to help others achieves theirs goals.a leader must have strong confidence a person lacking in confidence can never be a good leader a leader  must be confident enough for another person to follow.the leader must have confidence in devotions and actions.a leader must be a role model to others.problem solving is the essence of what leader suppose to do as a leader  the goal is to minimize the occurrence of problems  we must be courageous enough to tackle them before circumstances occur .problem solving is a mental process that involves analyzing and solving problems.the ultimate goal of problems-solving is to overcome obstacles and find  solution that best solve the problem.


   In conclusion working in groups helps improve with learning efficiency.everyone in a team must participate to learn each process and activities each members must have a great enthusiasm and learn from tasks and shares by everyone.group work assists students to developed their self learning abilities,group work make students learn a lot from each other in a open atmosphere.and to also exchange informations and knowledge.group work can  be great to motivate students  and encourage active learning and develop communication, to improve decision skills.working in groups and presenting improve my knowledge,and help eliminate firing.teamwork is becoming increasingly important in contemporary ,and as long as team are form, good manage and implemented  can provide  source of  advantage.team work can be useful for organization as lengthy have the proper leadership and guidance with a proper training.team can prove to create high-performance but when they are not guide right it can produce negative impact and will not be successful.
